Kari Studio creates handmade metal artwork and custom metal pieces. Each item is unique and may include natural variations in appearance and finish.

• Custom projects begin with a consultation.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start any custom piece.
• Timelines are estimates and may vary based on design and material availability.
• Design changes after approval may require additional fees and more time.

• All prices are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days.
• Final payment is due before pickup or delivery.
• Sales tax and any applicable fees will be added to your invoice.

• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.
• If you cancel after work begins, you are responsible for all costs incurred so far.
• Ready-made pieces (non-custom) may be returned within 7 days in unused, original condition.
• Shipping costs and return shipping are not refundable.

• Kari Studio retains all rights to designs, sketches, and completed artwork.
• Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without written permission.
• We may photograph and share completed artwork for portfolio or promotional use.

• All pieces are handmade and may feature natural variations.
• Metal artwork may patina or age over time—this is normal.
• Care instructions are provided; following them helps ensure longevity.
• If you believe there is a craftsmanship issue, contact us within 30 days.

• Some metal artwork may be heavy or have sharp elements. Handle with care.
• Kari Studio is not responsible for damage or injury due to improper handling or installation.
• Installation services may be available for an additional fee.

• Clients are responsible for shipping, delivery fees, and insurance.
• Once the artwork is with the carrier, Kari Studio is not liable for delays or damage.
• If your piece arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours.

• Visitors must follow all safety rules while in the studio.
• Some activities may require a simple safety waiver.

Kari Studio is not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the artwork or service.
